What our customers say.

I recently purchased 2 Windermere canopies. Fast delivery, helpful service, and quality product. Installation perfectly possible by competent DIYer with the right fixings (which were kindly supplied), and with at least 2 people to assist lifting into place.

Helpful and professional advice, canopy delivered on time and quite easy to fit. Very pleased with a good quality product that is fit for purpose

1st Class service from the Team, from initial information about sizing and options to ordering and delivery. The Canopies we bought are quality products and would highly recommend HOC.

Prior to purchase we received very helpful advice, the product arrived promptly and was relatively easy to install and of excellent quality.

Very impressed with the service from this company. Despite Initial measurement errors on our part, the company quickly resolved the problem, and delivered the correct item within the time frame quoted. Very friendly and professional all the way from booking to delivery. The bonus being the canopy was easy to erect, and has made a massive difference to the appearance to the front of our house. I would certainly recommend them.

Bought the canopy for the for the side door entrance ,after buying a new door .it looks lovely ,good quality , easy to put together and would say it takes two to fit

Excellent service and advice given over the phone and placed the order straight away. Canopy arrived well packaged up on a pallet which the delivery driver placed straight into the garage. Installation was easy with a second pair of hands, it's not a heavy lift just a large object to position on to gallow brackets. Looks great all fitted, well worth the money

delivered within a week, well packaged on a pallet, good quality parts, video on line very helpful , a massive improvement when fitted above front door, would recommend to any future buyer.

The canopy looks exactly how it’s shown on the website, comes with a template for making the holes in the wall. Had it fitted by a builder; pleased with the delivery and the product.

Excellent service, easy to instal and good value for money
