I recently installed a Type 'B' Polycarbonate canopy and am pleased with the result. The canopy elements were of high quality and fitted together well. All in all, a great product.

Recived on time in secure well packaged box. The canopy is worth paying the price for the quality of it. It does not look cheap like others I looked at. Its not a one man job by any means to put up.

Took me a year or so to find a company who manufactured canopies, I was looking for design choices and manufacturing quality, house of canopies ticked all the boxes, they have lots of different designs which come in various sizes and cover materials ie glass or polycarbonate, they also custom sprayed my canopy frame black to go with my door, soffits facia and gutters .. being a engineer I had a number of technical questions which was understood by the team and answered along with technical drawings, the quality of the product is second to none as is the customer service.. if your reading this just buy it you won’t be disappointed.

The product looks great and is of good quality! It was delivered before we expected with the wrong colour, but customer service was always prompt to answer our emails, and the correct canopy was brought in a couple of days.

Positives: Purchasing was very easy and I thank the company for providing me the product I ordered in very good time. It is now up and looking great! Negative: Delivery driver was very unhelpful with a " not my job" attitude. I understand its a kerbside delivery but all my partner asked for was a lift with the item over the gate into our garden as she could not do it on her own. The driver just said it wouldn't fit through the gate took a photo and drove off. Bit rubbish really. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The canopy arrived well boxed and glass really well protected which was just as well as the courier was on his own and had already carried the heavy box and put it down by the back door. Easy to fix following the on line instruction videos. Just needed a hand to fit the heavy glass onto the canopy and fix down. Definitely a top product well finished and looks brilliant.

A high quality product and excellent customer service. Dan assisted throughout the process helping/assisting a third party with installation details. Highly recommend company and product.
