Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? Let’s sort it.
If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to send most items back for a refund. Here’s how it works — and the few things we can’t take back.

How to return
Four simple steps.
-
01
Check it’s eligible
Within 14 days of delivery, unused and in as-new, saleable condition, in its original packaging. Customised items are the main exception — see below.
-
02
Pack it properly
Back in its original packaging and protection, sealed in a sturdy box. We can refuse returns that arrive damaged through under-packaging, so wrap it well — and it’s worth photographing the item before it goes.
-
03
Send it tracked & insured
Use a tracked, insured courier to the returns address below, so it’s covered against loss or damage on the way to us. If you’ve changed your mind, return postage is yours to arrange and pay; if the item is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover it.
-
04
We check & refund
Once it’s back and checked against this policy, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 working days of it reaching our warehouse.
Good to know
What we can’t take back.
Unless an item is faulty or not as described, we’re unable to accept:
- Customised or bespoke items — made-to-measure sizes, colour finishes and the like. Because they’re made to your spec, they can’t be resold.
- Anything unsealed that’s no longer in its original packaging.
If a return reaches us outside this policy we can’t issue a full refund — but we’ll always get in touch to talk it through first.
