The essentials
A plain summary of the credit terms — the full contract governs.
- Credit invoices are payable in full by the end of the month following the month of invoice.
- Goods are warranted for 24 months from delivery against defects in design, material and workmanship.
- Title stays with House of Canopies until goods are paid for in full; risk passes on delivery.
- Late payment carries interest at 4% per annum above Barclays Bank base rate.
- Prices exclude VAT, and packaging, insurance and transport where applicable.
