The canopies are built from toughened safety glass paired with high-quality stainless steel fixings — a combination chosen for durability and a clean, contemporary look. All canopies are manufactured using materials in accordance with EN 12150 (toughened glass) and BS 5516-2 (the code of practice for architectural glazing), so the specification is there behind the good looks.
Wind and snow load certification
For standard sizes we can provide generic calculations confirming their loadings in line with UK standard stress/deflection and snow-load requirements. For client- or site-specific reassurance — on either standard or bespoke canopies — our nominated structural engineer can produce calculations against the relevant standard; get in touch for details and costs.
