Built to last. Backed for 10 years.
Every canopy we make is built to measure in the UK and engineered for the weather it’s made to stand against. We back that with a guarantee that runs longest where it matters most — the structure itself.
Structure & framework
The canopy frame against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — and, on our metal ranges, against corrosion or perforation of the structural framework.
Powder-coated finish
The factory finish against peeling, flaking or blistering, and against significant uneven fade, under normal exposure.
Glazing, seals & fittings
Glazing panels, gaskets and seals, brackets, fixings and any moving or fitted components against defects in materials or workmanship.
All periods run from the date your order is delivered.
What you’ll need to claim
To make a claim, just a few straightforward things:
- Proof of purchase — your order reference is enough.
- The fault reported within the relevant guarantee period above.
- The canopy installed correctly, in line with the fitting instructions supplied.
- Reasonable, normal maintenance — keeping it clean and clear of debris.
What’s not covered
A guarantee covers the things we’re responsible for — how the canopy was made. It doesn’t cover what happens to it afterwards. So it doesn’t include:
- Accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
- Incorrect installation, or alterations and repairs carried out by anyone other than us or an installer we’ve approved.
- Damage from weather or loads beyond the product’s design specification — for example, exceptional storms or snow loading above the stated rating.
- Fair wear and tear, gradual weathering of natural materials, and routine consumables.
- Cosmetic marks or variation that don’t affect performance, and anything caused by a lack of reasonable maintenance.
How a claim works
Get in touch through our contact page with your order reference and a few photos of the issue. We’ll assess it and, where it’s covered, put it right — by repair, by replacing the affected part, or by another remedy that’s fair in the circumstances. Because every canopy is made to measure, a replacement part is matched to your original specification.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — those rights stand regardless of any guarantee, and a guarantee claim is never your only route to a remedy.
