What our customers say.

This is the second of these canopies I have bought. It is a good solidly constructed canopy., and looks good too. I installed it myself in spite of not being an amazing whizz at DIY, although quite handy. I had to buy a new drill to accommodate the 16mm bit that is required. However, I considered that to be part of the capital expenditure of the canopy,. A tip for installation - just do 2 holes at one end of the template first, and then put the bolts through that end of the template so that you can hold the template against the wall and get the holes for the other bracket exactly right. It would be good if this tip could be included in the instructions. All in all a good buy and I may yet get another for another door.. Very pleased with it..

All i can say is excellent service & a very good product. Kept informed about my order, delivered on time and well packaged. Fitting instructions were excellent & the fitting kit is a must. Would recommend to anyone looking for a door canopy, would use again.

Very happy, Martin was extremely helpful when working out the measurements, over all easy to install, looks good, and a few weeks from order to delivery.

I phoned for advice as to which canopy to choose and Martin couldn't have been more helpful. The canopy arrived well packaged and now looks stunning above my front door!!! Thank you!

The canopy is good and easy to fit.

Absolutely thrilled with my new glass candy. No problems with order or delivery. All staff I had contact with were so helpful and their customer service is 5*. Definitely recommend this great company.

24 hour delay in delivery of my bespoke canopy but kept informed of progress. Very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Template was perfect and instructions easy to follow. Very happy with end result, particularly as it was made to a “non-standard” size. Highly recommended.

I have now purchased two of these canopies, one over a kitchen door and a longer one over a set of bi-fold doors. Very happy with the product quality and finish. Installation requires attention to measurement, but nothing new there. Glass is heavy so needs a few hands to offer it up whilst fixing in place. Functionally, these canopies work well, keeping the worst of the weather away from the doorways. A nice modern look too. Cleaning is straightforward. Happy to recommend!

this is a solid product, looks great on the house and HofC were fantastic with the customer service. We have a double french door and single kitchen door. Wanted this product, but the wider sizes were either just a bit too narrow, or way too wide. Upon request, HofC offered to make a bespoke width to my specs. took a couple of extra weeks, but well worth it. Delivery was tops, with multiple contact from the driver. great purchase experience all around. highly recommeded

A very speedy shipment. Instructions very easy to follow. There was the added bonus of a drilling template which meant all the holes were in the right place!. The polycarbonate canopy meant one one person was able to fit it. (it took 4 of us to fit a similar glass canopy!) Excellent addition to the house

Product was well packaged and free from any damage which is unusual these days as many suppliers of shipped goods have been cutting corners . Definitely not the case here. Product once assembled is of excellent quality.

Great product, unfortunately slight damage in transit but quickly sorted without argument or dispute. Can't fault the customer service and communication. Canopy looks good.
