What our customers say.

Really impressed with the whole experience of purchasing from House of Canopies, we placed our order Sunday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning!!! It was easy to put up, the quality it great and it looks stunning.

High quality canopy. Arrived in a matter of days. Easy to erect and looks stunning. Happy to recommend.

The perfect lockdown project. The instructions were clear, contents well packaged and the strong metal template extremely useful in aiding first time drill holes. Never thought we would be glad a good downpour so we could test it out!

Bought one of these to provide protection from rain entering doorway but without blocking light. Was really impressed with the quality, which exceeded expectations. Couldn't be happier

Type A Canopy

Excellent canopy, precision made and fitted perfectly. Hitch with delivery but H of C put that right immediately. Well done.

Canopy arrived promptly, despite covid delays and was well packaged. We found it useful to watch the website video just to refresh ourselves on the installation process. The template makes it very easy. The only issue we had was that a bolt split but we got a replacement easily. End result looks neat and sturdy.

Canopy purchase

Great service so thank you Dan for you advice and assistance , good product does what it says in its brief.

The canopy arrived the very next day, which was a surprise especially given the current situation with COVID. Some of the sealing tape on the packing had been cut or broken leaving the package slightly open, but I put this down to poor handling by the courier. However, all the contents had been perfectly protected by the excellent cardboard packaging. Fitting was very easy, helped by the neat and accurate template which made levelling and drilling very straightforward. All the items were accurately drilled and prepared, so assembly was quick and the end results are fantastic - exactly what we wanted. Great product and great service - thank you.

Coniston Door Canopy

After a slight problem with our initial delivery, Mike looked after our call and resolved the issue. Excellent customer care and very speedy delivery. The canopy is now installed and looks fabulous, really improves the look of our property.

This is a great product, shipped as ordered on time. Delivered to Jersey for a modest fee (soooo unusual!!!). Installation instructions excellent and the metal template provided makes fitting ridiculously easy. High quality stainless fittings at an affordable price. Looks very contemporary. HoC very responsive to emails. Cannot be more positive. (and No, I don't work for the company, am not a shareholder etc - just a very satisfied customer who can put the key in his front door now without rain dripping down his neck!)

I bought the canopy a few weeks ago. It arrived as planned, however, it was missing the installation kit and had some defect in poles. Immediately I sent an email and received great service and replacement for the poles. The installation was quick and easy.

Had all the bits (except one washer, but we had one which fitted). Good quality product and looks good. Possible for one person to fit on their own as long as they are reasonably fit/strong. Great service - arrived quickly.
