Product Reviews for Langdale Door Canopy
I was concerned about how easy the materials were to work with as they are not pre-drilled ready for installation. It turned out to be really easy to drill, and quite easy to fit with my wife's assistance. The only minor problem was that there was a screw cap missing, but they quickly posted one to me. For the cost, it would be good if they supplied a couple of spares. It makes a huge difference to the looks of the rear of my house.
We are delighted with our porch. It was ordered to replace a rotting wooden one and has given the house a whole new feel. Unlike a previous review, we were worried that the flashing was too rigid. Someone came from the company and reassured us that it wouldn't crack when we secured it to the wall. It didn't but we did feel that we needed to put more screws in than we had the grey screw caps for. I contacted the company and they sent us a few more in the post so that we could finish the job. Great service.
The product arrived on time and the instructions were clear We had to get a builder to install it as our wall had irregular Render. We were very happy with the final product though it's a tad expensive and would highly recommend it.
I bought this canopy to replace an old wooden one that had become rotten. I had never fitted a canopy before so was a little nervous. However, the instructions were simple and with a modicum of common sense the job went very smoothly. My only small criticism is that the flashing flange is a little too pliable and tended to nip up where the screws were and leave a wavy edge. On a brick wall this caused a bit of an issue when trying to seal it off with a finishing bead of silicon. It would have been better if this was maybe strengthened with a piece of plywood similar to the base where it fits the brackets? Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.
Excellent v.f.m & speedy delivery.

Very impressed with the service from this company.Despite Initial measurement errors on our part, the company quickly resolved the problem, and delivered the correct item within the time frame quoted.Very friendly and professional all the way from booking to delivery. The bonus being the canopy was easy to erect, and has made a massive difference to the appearance to the front of our house.I would certainly recommend them.

Easy to install looks great.would definitely recommend
The canopy was purchased on the 1st April. It could have been delivered on Friday, 3rd April, but as that day was inconvenient at this end, by arrangement it was delivered on Tuesday, 7th April. It arrived very well packaged: blister-wrapped & then stretch-wrapped, all secured on a wooden pallet. The canopy was installed on the 14th April. The work took about three hours and the result was excellent. I'm well pleased.
