We received the canopy but sadly couldn’t be installed due to inadequate brickwork Viewed by the builder thought the canopy to be to heavy And so returned Refund was quick But apart from that the people who I phoned could not have been more helpful The people on the phone are very important especially when we there's a problem It’s nice when it is all sorted without any hassle Especially at my age 75 It would give House of Canopies 5 stars And definitely use again

GRP Canopy

Good product, looks good when fitted. Didnt notice the gallows brackets didnt match until I went to fit it 4 weeks after delivery. Contacted Dan and the replacment brackets were there within 2 days. Very profesional company and highly recommended.

I ordered my canopy last year and stored it in my garage when we came to put it up it was damaged rung up and it was changed immediately finally got it fitted today and I love it

Stunning customer service. Canopy received in a very short time unfortunately with a bend to one of the mounting plates. Informing House of Canopies by email I was asked by return to try and straighten, which I was able to do. By the time I notified them of my success replacements were with the courier. Superb service and a good product to boot.
