Positives: Purchasing was very easy and I thank the company for providing me the product I ordered in very good time. It is now up and looking great!Negative: Delivery driver was very unhelpful with a " not my job" attitude. I understand its a kerbside delivery but all my partner asked for was a lift with the item over the gate into our garden as she could not do it on her own. The driver just said it wouldn't fit through the gate took a photo and drove off. Bit rubbish really. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
Wonderful service by House of Canopies. They arranged fir their own van and driver to deliver to my garage as most delivery companies will only provide a kerbside delivery. Very helpful guys in the office ( yes you can phone them up!) And very helpful delivery driver. The canopy looks great. 10/10 all round.
Delivery was very quick, 2 day from ordering. Really liked the look of the canopy. Instructions were easy to follow. Only issue I found was with the upstand on the roof profile. The upstand was not very straight and did not fit flush to the wall. Put 3 screws in each side to see if this would pull it flush. Had to fill gaps about 8 mm with sealant.
Great product and super fast delivery! The canopy is well made and easy to fit though, as we had a wider unit, you do need a helper to lift it into place Particularly impressed with the gallow brackets which are made of a plastic material so no painting or maintenance required!
Excellent service I wasn’t sure in getting this but the service and delivery went perfect for a job the fitting was even better ,slight damage scuff mark but hidden on fitting everyone that know these canopies know they touch up easy enough
Absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and informative customer service team. Love the canopy. My builder was very impressed with the quality. Arrived exactly 2 days after the order was placed. Would highly recommend this Company.

Canopy arrived on time, on inspection some of the paintwork hadn’t been finished. Spoke to customer services and they immediately sent a replacement. The hanging instructions are easy to follow, need two people when installing the roof section. It looks absolutely fantastic. Top marks to House of Canopies and there helpful staff.
Purchased to replace an old carport which extended across the front of the house, This looks so nice and really sets off the house nicely. Communications with the company were brilliant very customer focused. only areas for improvement could be: the instructions could be a bit more detailed and the video & instructions do not necessarily quote the same size drill bit, we followed the instructions. The gallows brackets could do with a label advising of wall & top. The canopy is of good construction, is light weight, however we had to request the help of our son to install it, due to the size (width & height) it made it awkward lifting above head height, but that was our mistake for not really considering the actual size of canopy when it was constructed. Very happy with purchase and a good company to deal with.
This canopy was the final item to a renovated bungalow for a family member to relocate closer to us. It is excellent quality & we are delighted with it. Having visited the property in a rainy day, there's a dry area underneath. So not only does it look inviting but it serves a purpose too. Excellent communication (as there is a delay, ours was a large canopy & they made to order) and delivery was smooth. Super pleased with it.

We are very happy with the quality of the product, looks good and it was fair value to money. We just needed a contractor to install it as it is quite heavy to lift otherwise instructions are quite clear and easy.

I would give 10* for the customer service, especially Martin, if I could. They have been amazing and although it took some time, I’m really happy with what I’ve ended up with. So it was worth the wait.
