Product Reviews for Penrith GRP Door Canopy
I was looking for a door canopy to replace my existing one. As I have limited space above the door so I phoned to discuss the concerns. Customer services were excellent, they were friendly, provided genuine information and support without delay. I was so delighted. The product was well packaged and arrived very quickly. I am waiting to have it up very soon.
The canopy has transformed the appearance of my front door and the quality and finish has exceeded my expectations. The speed of delivery was amazing.
Cardboard Packaging could be more stronger to protect the canopy from damage the three roof screw supports had broken from the glue when I unpacked which delayed fitting for two days while I glued them back on ! From the vibration in transit by courier, not one too compliant but telling the mother -in law you’re can’t fit it straight away? But when finally fitted 5 stars for looks and finishes ,Happy lady makes house look posh.
Excellent service canopy made bespoke to measurements looked amazing and one very happy customer
I needed a special for our house, we didn't want a cheapy plastic one that you see on Amazon. We wanted something more like the original and in keeping with the property. I emailed the company and they were very helpful and duly placed an order. I was advised it would take about 3 weeks and sure enough I had a phone call to arrange delivery. The driver was very obliging and put the canopy in the garage. It was well packaged and undamaged. After reading the instructions I obtained the required fixings. The canopy was erected a few days later due to the weather, but all went well. It is a 2 man job because of the size and weight, but it was completed in a few hours. My neighbour has already commented on how good it looks. I would definitely recommend the product and the company.
Easy to order and good support available on the website. Product arrived on time and well packaged. We didnt fit it ourselves as other work was getting done, so cant comment on that part. Looks fantastic. Very happy.
