Great service from start to finish. Excellent product. Good customer service. Can't fault the process
Very good service from ordering to delivery good quality and excellent costumer service
House of Canopies were brilliant. Right from the start they were really helpful and went the extra mile to get my canopy just right. Producing a bespoke size and suggesting some extra corbels to mask some 'holes' left when we had the old canopy removed. The entrance to my home looks great, and I can stay dry while finding my front door keys. Would highly recommend.
Very good customer service. I was able to order the right item. The quality and fitting is good.
Very happy, Martin was extremely helpful when working out the measurements, over all easy to install, looks good, and a few weeks from order to delivery.
The canopy is good and easy to fit.
Very happy with the canopy. Good quality, easy to fit and was delivered on time. I was given notice for the delivery. Hassle free purchase. Excellent service and quality
The Windermere door canopy was perfect for our house which only has a short height of bricks available for fixing due to the house design. We had a tradesman fit the canopy which was very simple, just a few screws into the wall and it's up. We are very happy with the canopy as the grey roof matches our Anthracite grey door and eaves. It is very easy to clean and is a timeless design. It also drains water very well from the channel at the front, well away from the door itself, and protects the doorstep from rain perfectly (we have the 2070 x 700 size).
Great service and great product. This was very easy to install, we added spotlights to the underneath which were simple to add and adds to the overall look. It has transformed the look of our house.
Ordering was so easy and I received extra help over the phone when I need to amend the order. So helpful and explained everything. Prompt response aswell. Really pleased with product too. It went up so easily, and we would recommend this company completely
Can't fult the product... Easy Ordering Efficient fabrication and delivery period Good quality product. My only gripe was that there were no pre-drilled holes at the positions of the fixings on either the canopy or the top covering. Whilst not difficult to rectify if you have the right tools it slowed the install down. A template for the fixings (even if in folder paper) would also be a benefit on the larger canopies, as they are cumbersome to position with out a few of you to assist.
