The whole process from start to finish was very straight forward. The canopy arrived very well packaged. The instructions on installation was missing but Customer Service when contacted immediately sent them by email so no delay in being fitted. The canopy looks amazing and I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely love this canopy. Very sleek and simple looks amazing. I originally rang the house of canopies to enquire if I could actually have the canopy roof made in black rather than grey. Staff were very helpful and although had not had this request before they were more than willing to accommodate this request. So pleased with how it looks. Very simple to put up also. Would definitely recommend.

Very thrilled with this. It looks Incredibly smart on our house. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the corbels which are decorative anyway because of the width of our door and glass panels. Just be aware that the size given is the widest bit of the grey roof - not the white underneath. However I really love it and it was the best price. The delivery time was about 10 days as they make them to order. My husband and I put it up in a morning and yes we did it on step ladders too - carrying it and climbing a step ladder wasn't my favourite bit! But we managed and are still married! Brilliant item for the price.

Canopy was delivered very promptly and was in good condition once we removed all the wrap. It is easy to fit if you've a couple of scaffold trestles and some planks handy, I had to struggle a bit from a step ladder (not recommended). Canopy came in 4 parts, fitted the brackets ("corbels") to the lower part first, before fixing the finished lower part to the wall (NB mark out and pre-drill before you start faffing about on step ladder) and once thats on the top bit is quite easy to fit. Looks really smart and very pleased with it.

after some confusion over the width the joiner finally fitter it. it looks really really nice, in fact three people now have knocked on and asked where I got it from ...

Really lovely canopy and the company are so friendly. I had some issues on size and height, and they went out of their way to accommodate what I needed..I think I drove them mad....! I received the order in no time and it was delivered by 2 x really helpful lads. Who arrived when the said they would.. Cant fault the product or the company and I would recommend them to anyone..Just saving up for one over my BACK door now

I am very happy with my purchase.As I had only seen this canopy in an illustration I was worried that it might look cheap but in does not.In fact by adding this canopy it has transformed the look of my house.
