Product Reviews for Glass Door Canopy With Gallows Brackets TYPE: K
Great quality and service , very heavy I hired a Genie lift which made installation simple
This is a great looking and robust canopy that has really enhanced the entrance to our village hall. I was nervous about fitting it but the solid metal template and fixings were very robust and made it a reasonably easy task (once we found the right 16mm drill bit!)
Our glass canopy arrived very quickly. It was easy to assemble but the glass is very heavy so you need two people. The canopy is excellent quality and looks lovely. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered for a customer and didn't want a cheap or flimsy looking canopy. Looked around on the net and studied the well informed site of House Canopy's. Pics, video and info made me decide on type and give them the order. Item delivered very well packed, all items included to fit. Very good finish on powder coating, the welding in corners were tidy. Template provided for fixing holes . Got a very Happy Customer after fitting. Thankyou.
Ordered for a customer of mine and had a slight problem on arrival , after contacting customer services it was sorted that day - excellent service and the canopy was exactly what my customer was looking for and a great quality - instructions and template for the brackets were perfect - would highly recommend and will be using again
The site was quick and easy to use, from the first step of clicking on the site, all the way up until delivery. As told, the delivery had arrived perfectly on time, and looks great in person. The product is wonderful and looks great as a canopy.
Happy with the installed canopy - ordering a bespoke item was very easy. Similarly, arranging delivery for a particular date so that the canopy wouldn’t be sitting outside in its box for several days before our installer (a local roofer with his colleague) could put it up. I found both sales and post-sales customer service very responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. I am happy with the product and the look of it and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Our installers opted for a tower scaffold as the canopy was installed around 2.7 m above ground level (door entry has steps). There is a small ~ 1cm gap between the building wall and the glass, so if windy, a few raindrops make it through the gap, but that is nothing to be worried about. It does its job - keeping the doorway area dry - pretty well. It allows us to leave parcels or shoes outside our door without worrying they will get wet. I am glad I placed the order but be mindful that installation cost may not be cheap if your installer opts for a scaffold tower to install it safely, like ours did, given its height. I anticipated the price, so I wasn’t surprised about it.
Canopy supplied meets expectations and was installed by professional builders. Company staff are helpful with good communication.
The product is excellent in design and manufacture, spanning 3872mm meant the clear toughened safety glass having to be made in two sections with a cover strip the strip goes unnoticed and the whole canopy appears unobtrusive to the eye of passer by.
Friendly, very helpful staff, well made canopy which was straightforward to put up and looks great. Thanks!
Vv good and as described speedy delivery given our design was bespoke.
I found the product excellent in every way. I needed a wide canopy to cover the glass door and side window. It fitted perfectly. Delivery within 3 days of order. I would recommend this product and excellent service to anyone.
Delivery was very prompt. Service very good. Quality of product is excellent.
