Product Reviews for Grassmere Door Canopy.
I was very pleased with the quality of this door canopy, it was delivered well packed on a pallet which was taken onto my property to where I wanted it. It was easy to fit to the wall above the front door with all the fixings needed in the fixing kit. Very happy with the finished look of the canopy, it sets off the front of the house nicely. I would definitely recommend this company.
came sooner than expexted. very easy to fit and looked good
On-time delivery. Good quality, as expected.
Well made to special colour order and came much sooner than at first estimated. Needed specialised help to install on stone built house.
Wanted a porch but couldn't get one with space restrictions and then I saw this canopy. It's absolutely spot on - quality is excellent and the price definitely makes it value for money. The company we purchased it off kept us informed on progress and delivery so I totally rate customer service by House of Canopies and would recommend them to others.
Excellent Product. Compliments our new front door & give the house a New Look! Our neighbours very impressed. Only criticism (which might seem harsh) is that delivery time quoted on ordering coincided perfectly with door fitting/arrival day....... the canopy actually arrived almost 3 weeks early so I had to arrange storage. Our door fitter was impressed too - said it was one of the best he'd fitted.
Bought November 21. Easy to fit. Looks good. Great service too. Waited til now, June 22 to be sure it stayed that way. It has, buy one with confidence.
Nice looking canopy, lightweight and easy to install
Good quality canopy with a larger than average projection. Delivery was as quoted and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to clean with a bright white finish.
Quality product, good value for money. Delivered as forecasted. Would recommend.
Ordering was very easy and they happily agreed to change the gallows from straight to curved. Product was easy to install and looks great.
Very helpful customer service that managed to push my delivery to a week earlier, very easy to install with straight forward instructions and video, really happy with the finished product, looks lovely up!
The canopy is very lightweight and looks great once up. My joiner did struggle with our pebbledash rendered wall as it wasn't the flattest surface but there was no going back and he made it work and it looks very good (though it is pretty big so measure up). Martin and the team were amazing at helping us with some issues and I would fully recommend them due to their customer care and to support local businesses instead of larger building suppliers.
Can't fault this company, nor the product. Customer service was outstanding, patient and informative. Delivery was slightly delayed by 2 days, but very happy with courier. The canopy is perfect, easy to install, and its transformed the front of the house. Highly recommended.
Very helpful and polite Great product and would recommend
