Product Reviews for Flat Polycarbonate Door Canopy Type: B
Recently I had need to replace the polycarbonate panels of two canopies that I had originally installed about 7 years ago. Although I only wanted parts, House of Canopies were able to locate details of my earlier orders, and happily quoted for the required items. Throughout, staff were friendly and helpful to deal with. Items required arrived promptly and packaged superbly. Cannot recommend House of Canopies highly enough. Refreshing to deal with a company that really does practice good service - it almost made it worth that panels getting damaged to deal with such a helpful company!!
I recently installed a Type 'B' Polycarbonate canopy and am pleased with the result. The canopy elements were of high quality and fitted together well. All in all, a great product.
Top quality product, exceptional customer service, super-fast delivery. What more could you want?
arrived very quick, easy to fit and looks great, thanks
Very helpful, kind staff as I had limited space for my back door canopy. The staff found all the parts when I visited and I brought them home that day. My handyman was more than pleased with the technical drawings the staff had run off for me, the template, and the inclusion of all the parts he needed. It looks great. I would highly recommend this company.
The product is well made, described, with technical drawings , photograghs and video fitting instruction with a foolproof templat for positioning the brackets. The icing on the cake is the availabity of the staff to help with advice and support. Had some cliches with delivery which were resolved promtly . Thanks to Mike , Dan and Martin. Also special thanks to Mike who helped wit planning a solution for my partricular fitting issue. Thank You it is up looks good and does the job.
Really pleased with the canopy, it looks stunning above our Oak door. A few teething problems with the order but I can't fault the company who responded rapidly by sending some missing parts out by dpd next day.
Quick prompt delivery, simple instructions and straightforward to install. Really like the simple lines and the fact it blends in against the building.
Ordered as replacement for a cheap shed door canopy. Quick despatch & delivery. As described, easy to install, looks great. Would recommend.
A fabulous product which my builder installed easily. It enhances my front door, keeps the rain off and then is self cleaned by the next gust of wind. Worth the money.
Well pleased with my polycarbonate door canopy (type B), very sturdy with a minimalist feel which is what l wanted. One suggestion l would make is that holes on the brackets for the wall fixing be spaced a little wider (15cms as opposed to the existing 12cms). This would enable hitting the centre of brick rather than the edge.
A quality item that is straightforward to install. Make sure you drill small pilot holes and then build up to the 16mm drill bit. This will stop the brick or wall splitting and make it easier to drill a perfect hole.
This is the second of these canopies I have bought. It is a good solidly constructed canopy., and looks good too. I installed it myself in spite of not being an amazing whizz at DIY, although quite handy. I had to buy a new drill to accommodate the 16mm bit that is required. However, I considered that to be part of the capital expenditure of the canopy,. A tip for installation - just do 2 holes at one end of the template first, and then put the bolts through that end of the template so that you can hold the template against the wall and get the holes for the other bracket exactly right. It would be good if this tip could be included in the instructions. All in all a good buy and I may yet get another for another door.. Very pleased with it..
A very speedy shipment. Instructions very easy to follow. There was the added bonus of a drilling template which meant all the holes were in the right place!. The polycarbonate canopy meant one one person was able to fit it. (it took 4 of us to fit a similar glass canopy!) Excellent addition to the house
I bought and fitted this canopy along with a curved one and both are very well made and easy to fit plus look fantastic, I would not hesitate in buying another one if needed!
